I tend to skip cooking better leftover rice as I always just reheat them. I do know that I should be trying out more fried rice dishes.. and today, I finally did it! Introducing Beef Fried Rice!
And this one don’t even need any dishes to eat it with. It’s that good! I’m adding this beef fried rice recipe as one of my favorites. I’ll cook this more in the future.
Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 Kilo Ground beef
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 6 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 4 Cups Leftover rice
- 1 Piece Red bell pepper diced
- 1 Piece Green bell pepper Diced
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
Instructions

Heat oil over medium heat in a wok.

Add ground beef, salt and soy sauce. Mix well.

Cook until ground beef is fully cooked. Set aside.

In the same wok, add oil as needed.

Add peppers and cook until well but still crunchy. Set aside

In the same wok again, add oil as needed

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add cooked ground beef and bell peppers and rice. Combine well. Sauté until rice is hot.

Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
