Tortang Beef Giniling

I always feel a lil bit of stress when I cook omelette as I always fail when I flip it over, haha! So this time, I bought a pan that is double sided so it’ll be easier to flip stuff and not make a complete mess. So today, I’m super proud to share with you my version of Tortang Beef Giniling.

I may have to cook more omelette as I loved this super meaty version. With ketchup on the side, it’s a perfect pairing to eat with rice. Super yummy and it fills the stomach well too!
