I tried this Pork Stir-Fry recipe as I’m running out of ideas. I tend to gravitate towards tofu and vegetable recipes. So I decided one day to go back to cooking Pork and this is the recipe that I found. It was pretty easy to make (if you notice, all the recipes that I have in this site are super easy to do).
When I go to the grocery, I usually ask the meat vendor to cut the meat for me based what I need for the recipe I have in mind. So it cuts a lot of time and energy for me when cooking. In this Pork Stir-Fry, I asked the butcher to cut the pork tenderloin into thin pieces. This Pork Stir-Fry is a combination of pork and veggies such as young corn and snow peas. It’s a good quick recipe that is good enough to pair with rice! No need for a 2nd main dish.
