I’ve been doing my very best to eat healthy. I stopped eating junk food and turned to healthy snacks as an alternative. One of them is edamame beans. Whenever I go to S&R supermarket, I always stock up on Edamame. Usually I just boil it with salt and that’s it. Today, I’m sharing another way of cooking it, Edamame Beans Chinese Style.
The secret to bring more flavor into the beans is to cut the ends of the edamame. That way, the spices we put into the water while we boil the edamame goes in to the beans.
