Soybean Paste Soup with Cabbage

For the longest time, I’ve been delaying trying out recipes with dried anchovies. I have no escape now since I ran out of Napa Cabbage recipes to try. So tada, it’s Soybean Paste Soup with Cabbage. I assure you after trying out this soup, I’m gonna try and try more anchovies recipes, it’s that good!

There are only a few ingredients in this dish but even if it looks kinda plain, the flavors are plenty! This is a good soup to match with your meal spread if you’re running out of time 😊
