I’ve been craving again for Beef Tacos and it always make my heart sink when I see how expensive one piece of taco is in restaurants. So I was determined to feed my cravings by prepping my own Ground Beef Tacos. I have made several variants and I loved them all. This version is also yummy! 🌮
I used canned sliced tomatones to be cooked with the ground beef. I love that it brought moisture to the ground beef and the spices gave it such flavors. I used cabbage instead of the usual lettuce since that’s what I have in the fridge, it still works the same. You can either enjoy the ground beef tacos as a snack or a meal. I had these for dinner, hehe!
