Ground Beef Tacos

Servings 6 People

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams ground beef
  • 1 Piece onion minced
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Spanish paprika
  • 1 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 14 Ounce finely chopped tomatoes
  • 12 Pieces taco shells
  • 1/2 Piece cabbage shredded
  • 6 Pieces tomatoes cubed
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a wok over medium-high heat, cook ground beef.

  2. Cook ground beef and break it up. Continue to cook until light brown in color.

  3. Add onions and mix well together. Continue to cook until onions are translucent.

  4. Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper flakes, ground oregano, Spanish paprika, ground cumin, salt and pepper to the wok. Mix well together all the ingredients.

  5. Add the chopped tomatoes to the wok. Mix together with the rest of ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Turn off heat and you’re ready to serve the ground beef tacos.

  7. Prepare rest of ingredients: taco shells, cabbage, tomatoes and cheddar cheese

  8. To serve, take a taco shell, place beef, cabbage, tomatoes then cheese. Enjoy!
