Spanish Sardines Pasta

I recall having eaten Spanish sardines pasta in a coffee shop and enjoyed it! So I said I’ll try to cook one and see if it’s as good. Considering Spanish sardines bottles are readily available in supermarkets, I got some and tried it!

Luckily, it tasted good! Though I enjoyed the Spanish sardines pasta, it’s not really my favorite. Sardines are not really my thing but it’s good to at least try one successful recipe! I realized also that I have to stop cooking using artificially made noodles. I already have a pasta maker at home so I have to start using that. I have a feeling I’ll enjoy fresh pasta more. We’ll see. Maybe my next pasta recipes will be made with fresh pasta🍝
