Pinakupsan

I love Chicharon but sometimes buying it in stores feels unhealthy, haha! So I decided to cook something on my own where I’m fully aware of its ingredients and cook procedure. Apparently, there’s such a food called pinakupsan. Which is just super friend pork seasoned with salt. And it taste exactly like a premium meaty Chicharon. Soooo good!

When I cooked this Pinakupsan dish, I threw the oil away. I think it can be used to cook other dishes which already has a porky flavor. This Pinakupsan can be served with vinegar and eat as a snack or the dish can be your dish to serve with rice! It’s good however you want to serve it!
