I’m trying to declutter and that includes my pantry. I want to be more efficient in meal planning. Thus, the hoarding needs to stop. So right now, I’m using whatever I have in the pantry before I go and buy more groceries. So today, I’m cooking Tuna and Mushroom Macaroni.
I didn’t realize till now that tuna and mushroom spaghetti is so yummy! I used to think that nothing can beat beef spaghetti but boy, the tuna and mushroom combo is as good!! I’m so glad I tried this recipe!
Tuna and Mushroom Macaroni
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece onion minced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can Tuna flakes in oil drained
- 5 piece shiitake mushroom sliced
- 250 grams Italian style spaghetti sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 200 grams elbow macaroni cooked
- grated cheese
Instructions

In a wok, heat oil over medium heat

Add garlic and onions. Sauté till onions are translucent in color

Add tuna flakes and mushroom.

add spaghetti sauce

Add salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and mix with the sauce.

serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
