Tuna and Mushroom Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece onion minced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can Tuna flakes in oil drained
  • 5 piece shiitake mushroom sliced
  • 250 grams Italian style spaghetti sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 200 grams elbow macaroni cooked
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat

  2. Add garlic and onions. Sauté till onions are translucent in color

  3. Add tuna flakes and mushroom.

  4. add spaghetti sauce

  5. Add salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Add cooked macaroni and mix with the sauce.

  8. serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
