I enjoy eating adobong posit but i just find it difficult and tricky to cook. For one, I don’t know how to clean the squid but with one tutorial, I think I can be comfortable in cooking squid dishes in the future. For today, I’ll start with Adobong Pusit sa Gata (squid adobo in coconut milk).
Apart from cooking squid for the first time, it was also a first for me to eat one with coconut milk. Surprisingly, it’s good too! I’ll cook another squid adobo dish in the future without coconut milk to compare. But this one is already good enough to enjoy!
