I guess I watch too much K-dramas that I tend to want to cook Korean dishes. My favorite stew will always be the Korean tofu stew. Today though, I wanted to try the stew with tuna since I always buy canned tuna whenever I go the grocery. I’m pleasantly surprised how good Kimchi Stew with Tuna too!
There’s no tofu in the grocery so I replaced the tofu with seafood tofu which gave this stew some character! It’s a good twist on an ‘ol Korean Kimchi with Tuna!
