I’ve been cooking a lot these days. There are times that I don’t want to exert a lot of effort and with that, the recipe today is extremely easy and fast – Pan Fried Eggplants.

The Pan-Fried Eggplants is so easy to cook! We just slice 2 pieces of eggplant into 6 rectangular pieces, season it with garlic salt & pepper, pan-fry with a lil bit of olive oil. Lastly, make a super duper dip sauce to eat with the eggplants. Now, that’s already good for 2 meals for me. 😃
