One day, I was just trying to find a very simple recipe to make. I found one in my database which only needed two ingredients: pork and salt. How easy is that, right?
The dish is Pinakupsan and it’s basically fried pork. What we do is we just let the pork cook in its own oil, then we drain them. Then we serve Pinakupsan with vinegar. It’s just like chicharon but can be served as a dish to complement rice. I’m not really sure if this is healthy but I’m just glad that at least, I tried out cooking Pinakupsan 🙂
