One day, I was just trying to find a very simple recipe to make. I found one in my database which only needed two ingredients: pork and salt. How easy is that, right?
The dish is Pinakupsan and it’s basically fried pork. What we do is we just let the pork cook in its own oil, then we drain them. Then we serve Pinakupsan with vinegar. It’s just like chicharon but can be served as a dish to complement rice. I’m not really sure if this is healthy but I’m just glad that at least, I tried out cooking Pinakupsan 🙂

Just an FYI since you seem to be very new with the nutrition scene…
Anything fried is NOT healthy. Also, juices (any juice) contains a lot of calories. If you want to lose weight or get an understanding on how what you eat affects how much you weigh, try counting your calories for a while.
There are lots of apps where you can type in the food item/serving size etc to get calorie count.
Just know that 3500 calories is equal to one pound. So… To lose 1lb a week, you need to cut out 500 calories a day or burn 500 calories a day with exercise to lose 1lb. Vice versa is true. To gain 1lb in a week, you’d need to eat 3500 calories more than your usual.
FYI, 1tbsp of olive oil is 120 calories. Imagine how many extra calories you ate from the fat of that pork.
