Today, I wanted to try something different. I’ve eaten tinola so many times but I haven’t tried eating tinola with milk. So for the recipe I’m sharing with you today, it’s White Tinola.
I love food with shrimp paste. But I’m a little bit picky with the brand of shrimp paste that I eat. My only choice is the Barrio Fiesta brand. Which is why I’ve cooked the Binagoongang Baboy recipe I’m sharing with you now using the product. I love a little seafood-y taste on my pork 😉
I’m getting my cooking groove back. Since I started with the pork adobo during lunch today, I tried my hand with a soup recipe. For dinner, I prepared Nilagang Pata. This is another Filipino dish and I’m not yet done cooking more Filipino dishes.
