Mix all ingredients of the marinade.
Add tofu into the marinade and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions and saute until soft in texture. Set aside.
Remove tofu from the marinade.
In the same wok, add more oil then add drained tofu.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.
In the same wok again, using the remaining oil, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Pour in marinade and boil for 1 minute.
In a service plate, place tofu slices then pour cooked marinade over tofu.
Top with cooked onions. Serve and enjoy!
