Stir-Fried Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece potato chopped into cubes
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion sliced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add potatoes and cook for about 8 minutes. Set aside.

  3. Using the same wok, add garlic and saute until aromatic.

  4. Add corned beef and the potatoes from earlier to the wok.

  5. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.

  6. Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt as needed.

  7. serve and enjoy!
