In a bowl, place ground pork.
Add soy sauce and black pepper. Combine the ingredients.
Set aside and marinade for 30 minutes.
In a wok, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add marinated pork and cook until color turns light brown.
Add onions, tomatoes and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add button mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add chayote, water, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add fish sauce and sesame oil. Mix all ingredients together.
Serve and enjoy!
