Pan-fried Tofu with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cut into triangular slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp black bean sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp scallions

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add tofu and fry until cooked. Take tofu off the wok and set aside.

  3. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.

  4. Add black bean sauce and saute for another minute.

  5. Add tofu, soy sauce, water and scallions. Saute for another 2 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
