Hoisin Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 kilo shrimp peeled
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions

Instructions

  1. Put hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix them together using a whisk.

  2. Pat shrimp dry in paper towels.

  3. In a wok, heat olive oil.

  4. Add shrimps then sprinkle salt and pepper on the shrimps.

  5. saute shrimps for 3 minutes on each side

  6. add hoisin sauce mixture to the wok.

  7. mix sauce and shrimps together and saute for another 3 minutes.

  8. remove from heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top of the shrimps.

  9. serve and enjoy!
