Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups leftover rice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large wok, heat oil over high heat.

  2. Once wok is hot, lower heat to medium.

  3. Add garlic and cook until aromatic.

  4. Add rice and combine with garlic well. Cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Season with salt & pepper.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
