Corned Beef with Cabbage & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Corned Beef
  • 1 piece potato cubed
  • 1/2 piece cabbage chopped
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Add garlic and onions. Saute until onions are translucent in color

  3. Add corned beef.  Saute for another 3 minutes.

  4. Add beef broth. Let boil.

  5. Add potatoes and cabbage. Cover wok and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Add parsley, salt & pepper. Stir ingredients.

  7. Serve on bowls and enjoy!
