Chicken with Ampalaya in Oyster Sauce

Servings 4 People

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Piece yellow onion sliced
  • 6 Cloves garlic minced
  • 500 Grams breast fillet sliced
  • 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Pieces ampalaya sliced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onions & garlic. Saute until onions are cooked.

  3. Add chicken and cook for around 3-5 minutes until chicken color turns light brown.

  4. Add oyster sauce, mix and cook for another 2 minutes

  5. Add water and let boil. Cover for 12 minutes

  6. Add ampalaya and cook for another 3 minutes.

  7. Add salt & pepper. Ensure that all ingredients are incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
