Bok Choy Adobo

Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 pieces bay leaves
  • 1/2 kilo bok choy chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • crunchy garlic for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and bay leaves. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add bok choy and cook for another 3 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Let boil.

  5. Cover the wok and let the dish simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Stir and cook the ingredients together for another 1 minute.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
