In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook tofu until golden brown in color. Set aside.
In the same wok with the remaining oil, add onions and garlic. Saute until onions turn translucent in color.
Add ground pork. Cook until pork turns light brown in color.
Add water, tomato sauce, ampalaya and cooked tofu.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add black beans and egg. Mix well and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
