In a wok over medium heat, heat olive oil.
Add pork mixture and cook until pork turns light brown.
Add vinegar. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and water. Allow to boil for another 5 minutes.
Lower heat. Cover the wok and let it simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
Serve hot.
