Ginataang Mais at Malagkit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup glutinous rice
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Put coconut milk and coconut cream in a big pot. Let boil.

  2. Add glutinous rice. Stir ingredients together.

  3. Add sugar. Combine with rest of the ingredients.

  4. Add corn. Lower heat to simmer. Continue to stir and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add vanilla extract and salt.

  6. Combine all ingredients then remove from heat.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
