Ginisang Togue with Shrimps

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 grams firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion minced
  • 1 piece tomato cubed
  • 12 pieces shrimps shells removed.
  • 350 grams bean sprouts
  • 1 piece carrot julienned
  • 1 piece red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 piece green bell pepper cubed
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over high heat.

  2. Add tofu and fry until golden brown in color.

  3. Remove cooked tofu and set aside.

  4. In the same wok (add oil as needed), add onion and cook until translucent.

  5. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook for another 1 minute.

  6. Add shrimps and cook for another 1 minute.

  7. Add bean sprous and carrots. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Add red and green bell peppers and cook for another 1 minute.

  9. Add oyster sauce and black pepper. Mix and cook for another 1 minute.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
