I love cooking with sayote because this vegetable never failed me. Every dish that I was able to try with sayote turned out super yummy! Today, it’s a simple Sauteed Sayote with pork belly. This Sauteed Sayote is very simple to cook but it fills our stomach and our heart fully! I enjoyed having this dish in my meal today.
The key to this dish is to cook the pork belly until it’s golden brown and a lil bit crispy. Not as super cooked turning it to chicharon but it’s almost getting there. Have this Sauteed Sayote with rice and enjoy with your family.
