Mom’s Cooking volume 1

Mom's Cooking volume 1

I stopped cooking ever since my mom came back to the Philippines and accompanied me home.  It’s because she’s the best cook in the world! I really feel ashamed as my cooking sucks compared to hers 😛

My mom has been really active in preparing super yummy dishes every day.  To honour her efforts in whipping up restaurant-quality dishes, I decided to create a series for her cooking.

Last week, I ended up eating much more than I needed to.  How can I stop when the dishes right in front of me were oh so mouth-watering?

Here’s volume one of my mom’s cooking series.  More to come in the coming weeks! 🙂

Mapo Beancurd
