I love working with vegetables as prepping a veggie dish gives you a feel that you’re eating something healthy. It’s Sauteed Bok Choy this time and this one is a flavor bomb! I enjoyed this so much that I can eat 2 serving sizes of it in 1 sitting.
You really don’t need much to prep this flavorful dish. My fav protein to go with any veggies is pork belly and it’s what was included in this sauteed bok choy. The sauce is yum! If you need to try one veggie dish to include in your dinner spread, you’ll never go wrong with this one.
