I’m trying to get rid of all processed pasta in my pantry so I cooked Gambas Macaroni. The next time I cook pasta, it will be freshly made. The original recipe I followed used ribbon pasta though it should taste the same.
I liked this recipe and it tasted delicious! Plus, it tasted yummy! I might try to cook this again using fresh pasta next time.
Gambas Macaroni
Servings 4 People
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Piece red bell pepper chopped
- 3 Pieces chives chopped
- 250 Grams shrimps peeled
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 250 Grams Italian-style spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 Cup water
- 225 Grams Macaroni cooked
Instructions

In a wok, add oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add bell pepper, chives, shrimp and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and mix with the rest of ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
