Korean Spinach

Korean restaurants always serve side dishes for free. The one I always ask for seconds is the Spinach. It’s just so yummy, I can eat like 3 small plates of it in one go. So after so many years, I finally took the courage to learn how to cook Korean Spinach! Apparently, it’s not that hard, hehe!

The cleaning of the spinach and prepping it is the hard part but other than that, it’s easy. And once you take a spoonful of it, all of the efforts are worth it. Usually, Korean eats this as a side dish. For me, I take this as a main veggie dish. It’s that yummy and I even cooked 1/2 kilo of spinach!
