House of Blow Dry

There is a new type of salon in town. It’s a specialised service solely for blow-drying your hair.  A couple of days ago, I tried the services of House of Blow Dry located inside Bonifacio Global City.I am the type of person who has no clue on how to blow dry hair.  So when we had our company event with a rock star theme, I decided to might as well try House of Blow Dry so that I at least have a good made up hair 🙂

As I observed House of Blow Dry, its design, its list of services and the overall aura of the salon, I started to appreciate this type of specialised salon.  It’s simple, no frills and very straight-forward.  People come here with a specific need in mind and for sure, the people in the salon are good at what they do.  As the saying goes, jack of all trades, master of nothing.  With a specialised salon like House of Blow Dry, we know that the people here are experts in blow-drying.  I was in good hands.

House of Blow Dry has their signature 15-minute Blow Dry which is perfect for women who is always on the go.  Apart from that, they have a couple of hairstyles we can choose from.

For an exciting night out, add luscious waves and alluring curls to your locks with an Aphrodite hairstyle; for something straight and no-frills (which is just how you want your coffee and the man in your life), there’s sleek and shiny Hera look. You can also sweep your hair up into a classy ponytail inspired by Athena, the goddess of wisdom, or look like you’ve stepped out of a breathtaking Renaissance painting with an exquisite Antheia braid.

What I like the most about their list of services is their signature blow dry every day of the month (Php 4,000).  I know someone who will be so interested in this 😛  Who wouldn’t want to look like a goddess every single day, eh?

I got myself the Aphrodite look (Php 400).  Considering my weight right now, I just can’t afford to show more of my chubby face.  So Aphrodite look is perfect!  And I did like the outcome.  I really just have this nagging insecurity about my weight (which I will address very soon).  For now, great hair was achieved that day!  Thanks to House of Blow Dry!

One thing that I also appreciate in House of Blow Dry is how good the design of their place is.  You can really tell that the owners are very much focused on details.  Every single nook there is something cute and special.
