Maybe there is something wrong with me, but I tend to get hungry too fast. Sometimes, just after 20 minutes of eating a heavy meal, my stomach would growl for food. Maybe you do too? So here is a recipe of fried bean curd which can either be a snack or a dish coupled with rice.
For me, I eat this fried bean curd like a popcorn. For this dish that I featured, I finished it in less than 15 minutes. I’m really an eating monster, and sometimes I just surprise myself with how much food I eat.
Apart from that, I super duper love tofu. No matter how it’s prepared, as long as it’s tofu, I’ll surely love it! Soy Milk, fried tofu, mapo tofu, tofu soup, or whatever that is.
