Recipe: Vegetarian Omelette

Vegetarian Omelette Recipe

It’s holy week.  Everyone would like to stay away from meat as much as possible.  So I decided to learn how to cook a vegetarian omelette.  As usual, I searched through a couple of recipes online until I found a suitable one where I can refer to and reapply.

It took me two tries to complete the vegetarian omelette.  During my first try, I thought the eggs wouldn’t cook because the mixture was very liquid.  I threw it out and went through the whole process again.  Apparently, I really just have to wait for it to cook for a few minutes because it will definitely firm up.  Oh well, lesson learned and I’m sharing it with you guys.

Hope you are all having a peaceful and restful break.  Enjoy the Vegetarian Omelette!

based on your ingredients, this can also be called ‘spanish-style omelette’… for more veggies in your vegetarian omelette, you can also add chopped mushroom, green peas even…
