Mango Iced Tea

Servings 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces mangoes peeled, chopped and seed removed.
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 pieces black tea bags
  • 1/2 piece lemon juiced
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Puree chopped mangoes in a blender. Refrigerate.

  2. In a small sauce pan, heat water.

  3. Add black tea and let it steep in the hot water for 8 minutes.

  4. remove tea bags and let the tea cool.

  5. In a blender, add mango puree, black tea and lemon juice.

  6. blend until well mixed.

  7. serve the mango iced tea in glasses with ice and topped with mint leaves.
