In a wok, heat oil.
Add garlic and siling labuyo. Cook until garlic is aromatic.
add ground pork and cook until ground pork color turns light brown.
add soy sauce and fish sauce. Saute for another 2 minutes.
add sugar, basil leaves and bell peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes.
remove from heat and serve on a plate. Enjoy!
