Garlic Green Beans

Servings 4 People

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups water
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 500 Grams green beans
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 12 Cloves garlic sliced thinly
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Piece onion sliced thinly
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large wok, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add salt

  2. Add green beans and cook for 8 minutes. Stir well.

  3. Remove green beans from the wok and drain. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooked water.

  4. Remove all remaining water and heat wok again in medium-high.

  5. Add oil then garlic. Cook until garlic is crispy.

  6. Add green beans, the reserved water, soy sauce and onion.

  7. Cook for 7 minutes while stirring.

  8. Add sesame oil and stir. Remove from heat and serve!
