Kimchi Soup

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kimchi with juice
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/4 kilo pork belly cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 pack 400g tofu cut into small cubes
  • 2 stalks leeks

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook kimchi, gochujang, pork and sugar over high heat.

  2. add water and bring to a boil.

  3. Cook for 30 minutes.

  4. Add tofu and lower heat to medium. Cook for another 10 minutes.

  5. Add leeks and mix the ingredients.

  6. Serve and enjoy! Best eaten with plain white rice.
