Gambas Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Piece red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 Pieces chives chopped
  • 250 Grams shrimps peeled
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 250 Grams Italian-style spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 225 Grams Macaroni cooked

Instructions

  1. In a wok, add oil over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add bell pepper, chives, shrimp and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  4. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Add cooked macaroni and mix with the rest of ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
