Pork Stir-Fry

Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kilo pork tenderloin sliced thinly.
  • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 pieces young corn chopped diagonally into 2 pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 15 pieces snow peas
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add pork, oyster sauce, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

  2. Add cornstarch and mix with the ingredients. Set aside.

  3. In a wok, heat oil over high heat.

  4. Add pork and cook until color turns light brown.

  5. Add young corn and soy sauce. Saute for 2 minutes.

  6. Add snow peas and saute for another 2 minutes.

  7. Add beef broth and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Place the cooked pork into a serving plate. Enjoy!
