In a bowl, add pork, oyster sauce, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add cornstarch and mix with the ingredients. Set aside.
In a wok, heat oil over high heat.
Add pork and cook until color turns light brown.
Add young corn and soy sauce. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add snow peas and saute for another 2 minutes.
Add beef broth and cook for another 2 minutes.
Place the cooked pork into a serving plate. Enjoy!
