I took the wedding planning seriously last year. I considered it a real test of my project management skills. Since I’m OCD and a bit of a perfectionist, I took every single little detail to heart. One of the things that we thought about during the early parts of the planning is what do we give our guests as souvenirs. I’ve been to a lot of weddings. There were some who gave candies, plants and baked goodies. However, I thought that may be like some of my married friends, the best choice would be a great picture of them at the wedding. So we decided to stick with photo booth.
Luckily, the best photo booth supplier (Barely Toast) in the market is owned by a former colleague. So I took a chance to get his company booked for the day and since we knew each other, I got a little discount 😃
I liked the over-processed photos and the quality of the prints they give out. I knew that some people wouldn’t have liked the over-processed photos but we already have beautiful photos taken by our photographers at the wedding so I would want our photo booth to be different. I also think that Barely Toast’s photos fit well to our elegant theme. During the design process, I reviewed previous works from Barely Toast. I chose the background and color I liked the most. Then I asked for our Bible verse to be put on the top middle of each photo. Lastly, we had our monogram from our invitation to be put as a watermark on the bottom right of the photos. Both Ken and I really liked the design and was excited and quite confident that guests would like them!
There were over 300 photos captured by the photo booth and I enjoyed viewing them for the nth time today. Thank you so much our friends and family for sharing your time and beautiful smiles during our wedding day. Below are some of the photos taken at the photo booth by Barely Toast. I uploaded them all in my Flickr account so you can view them just in case you want to reminisce with us 😘

My heart is so full of gratitude & happiness while I’m writing this post. I wish we had more budget to open up the Photo Booth for a few more hours as we would have wanted all of our guests to have their picture taken. None of my family went for a picture and lots of my friends didn’t as well. Luckily, we have some pics at the church as well as at the reception.
Thanks Barely Toast for a wonderful job at the photos! I would have wished some of the photos to be cropped (not showing the backdrop stand) but I guess it can’t be helped especially if there are tons of people at the booth. I appreciate how fast the photos were printed and how good the quality of the prints are! Every cent well spent!
